MaxFest begins with a Welcome Session at 7:00 pm on Monday, June 27 and ends at 1:00 pm after lunch on Thursday, June 30.

You’ve heard about it from your colleagues: It’s the most informative and fun professional conference they have ever attended.
MaxFest is Maxient’s annual user conference where you can learn about the best and most innovative ways to use our software from both Maxient staff and your colleagues in the field. Longer and more comprehensive than our regional trainings, this multi-day event features specialized sessions covering a wide range of user experience and topics. In past years, we have offered over 45 sessions covering topics such as:
MaxFest will take place over two and a half days with sessions presented by Maxient staff and current clients. We’re bringing back crowd favorites such as our opening night Welcome Session which will reveal new features coming to the software and the Development Forum held over lunch on the last day where you can share your opinion on what features might be developed in the future. As in past years, the Support Room will be available for you to meet with colleagues or chat one-on-one with a Maxient support team member. You (and any family/friends that might travel with you to St. Louis) are also invited to join us for dinner and our social event at the eccentric City Museum, a hundred-year-old warehouse in downtown St. Louis in which artists have repurposed the pieces of old cities to build miles of tunnels, slides, climbers, bridges, and castles.
As always, attendance is capped. To avoid being left out, be sure to register soon!
*Note that MaxFest Registration is required in order to attend Pre-Conference Sessions listed below and is only available for current clients.
MaxFest Registration includes the Welcome Session and Reception on Monday, concurrent sessions on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, the social and dinner on Tuesday night, and the Development Forum and Lunch on Thursday.
Clients who submit a program proposal that is accepted for MaxFest earn a complimentary registration (one per institution). Note that this registration option requires a coupon code below.
Based on feedback, we have replaced Bootcamp with four optional pre-cons.
Morning Sessions (8:30 am to 11:30 am)
Afternoon Sessions (1:00 pm to 4:00 pm)
*When registering for both a morning and afternoon session, a $10 discount will apply.

Please note that requested t-shirt size cannot be guaranteed for registrations after June 1, 2022. We will make every attempt to meet your request, but size and availability may be limited for those registrations.
